In 2007, Emerald Greens completely rebuilt its 27 holes surrounding our beautiful townhomes and just a few steps from our vacation villas.
Pinehurst-based golf course architect Dan Maples designed and built three nine hole loops that provide members and guests with golf that's fun from the forward tees yet challenging from the back tees. As you'll find at Emerald Greens, the golf has abundant character and there are plenty of Pinehurst-style design features. Having 27 holes means that you can play 27 holes for additional fun and it also means that you will rarely have to wait behind another group; the course and the practice facilities are open only to members, guests, and resort guests.
A Junior Olympic Size Pool
The centerpiece of the Recreation Center area at Emerald Greens is the Junior Olympic Size Pool. It's open to members and resort guests and is always fun. For members, there's a swim team and regular programs for children and adults.

Emerald Greens is right in the middle of the Carrollwood area in north Tampa. When you decide to go “off campus” you'll find three of the best malls in the area, individual stores, plus hundreds of restaurants and bars. It's all just outside the front entrance.
