Dear Members,
It is my pleasure to announce the opening of our Fitness Center on Tuesday, April 1st at 6:00 am. The Fitness Center includes the following equipment from Life Fitness, America’s leading manufacturer of quality fitness equipment:
Cardio and Circuit Training Equipment:
· 3 Treadmills
· 2 Elliptical Cross-Trainers
· 1 Up-right Bike
· 1 Recumbent Bike
· Glutes
· Pec Deck
· Shoulder Press
· Chest Press
· Lat Pulldown
· Seated Row
· Cable Pulley
· Leg Extension
· Leg Curl
· Ab Crunch
· 2 – free weight benches
· 1 - set of dumbbells from 5-50 pounds with a horizontal rack
· 1 Precor Stretch Trainer
· 1 – set of beauty bells, which includes 3, 5, 8, 10, 12 & 15 pound dumbbells with a vertical rack.
The Fitness Center will also have miscellaneous accessories, i.e. exercise balls, bands, mats, weighted bars, etc. There is a nice stretching area, two large TV sets and music system. Personal Trainers and Fitness Programs will be available and information will be provided at the Recreational Center front desk.
Enclosed are the Fitness Center Rules and Regulations, please review them before utilizing the facility. Our Personal Trainers will be on hand the first week for complimentary introductory assistance. The days, dates and times will be posted at the front desk.
Additionally, we look forward to opening the Day Spa and Oasis Snack Bar soon.
